Key Responsibilities

Lead and develop a team of customer support representatives, focusing on coaching and growth opportunities

Required Qualifications

2 - 5 years of leadership experience in a high-touch customer service environment

Proven ability to motivate and develop team members while maintaining accountability

Strong ownership and initiative in driving outcomes for the team and customers

Experience using data to inform decisions and guide improvements

Familiarity with leading remote or distributed teams and building connection across distances
