Pay : $70,640- $75,000 per year
Key Duties and Responsibilities :
- Generate Weekly AR Aging Reports by Customer, Job Status and Sales Rep for Sr. Management, and use as the basis for Daily Collections Calls and Notes
- Post Daily Cash Receipts and ACH / Wire Transfers
- Investigate, Resolve and Respond to all external & internal Customer Billing Inquiries
- Review Customer Credit using D&B, recommend and maintain customer credit limits
- Create SOVs (Schedule of Values) identifying Milestone Billings and Terms by Project
- Maintain Customer Sales Tax Exemptions in Avalara
- Assist with Monthly Avalara Multi-State Sales Tax Filings and Reconciliations
- Support AR and AP teams
- Create and post monthly journal entries
- Assist in preparation and review of financial reports
- General ledger reconciliations and audits
- Ad hoc duties as required
Required Skills and Qualifications :
