Job descriptionU.S. medical degree or foreign equivalent Board eligible or board-certified Completed a residency in family medicine Must have or be eligible for an unrestricted license to practice medicine in the state of Michigan and a Controlled Substance License CME Allowance Paid Time Off (vacation, sick, CME, personal day) Health, Pharmacy, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance Short-Term and Long-Term disability Professional Liability with tail coverage Relocation Allowance Retirement : 403 (b) with Employer Contribution and 457 (b) tax deferred plans
