About the Role :

This is a residential position supporting adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in group home settings. You'll work in 4 to 8 hour shifts to help maximize client progress and staff efficiency.

• DSPs assist residents with daily routines, hygiene, chores, and community engagement. You’ll also help manage behaviors, document progress, and promote independence.
• QMHPs provide in-the-moment support for goals, coach DSPs, and help build individualized behavioral and skill-building strategies.

Our homes operate 24 / 7, and our residents rely on compassionate, consistent support to meet their goals and thrive in the community.
