Trident Consulting is seeking a " Senior Data Analyst " for one of our client in Dearborn, MI. A global leader in business and technology services.

Job Requirements :

• Banking and payments domain knowledge is a must and with migration experience would be nice.
• Capture the requirements and convert into the documentations
• Gather, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends and insights that inform business decisions.
• Act as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear communication of requirements and project updates
• Handson experience on using monitoring tools such as Splunk and Dynatrace
• Experience on platforms services such as Mule / Tibco / Datapower. - Nice to have.
• Leverage java, spring and AWS services to create, deploy and manage applications in a secure and scalable cloud environment.
• Ensure system reliability and availability by monitoring system issues, create strategies to detect issues, address those issues, Design systems to troubleshoot automatically, Write and review post-mortems
• Utilize statistical tools and techniques to explore and analyze data, identifying patterns, trends, and relationships
• Create visual representations of data findings through charts, graphs, and dashboards to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations to convey analytical results and support decision-making processes within the organization
• Work with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and assist them in making data-driven decisions.
• Evaluate current business processes and identify areas for improvement, proposing solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
• Collaborate with IT and other departments to design and implement technology solutions that align with business goals
• Participate in testing new systems and processes to ensure they meet business requirements and function as intended
• Mitigate operational risks by Collaborate with development teams and other stakeholders to identify potential risks.
• Provide technical support on batch job and file transfers issues during triages.
• Work within a hybrid model, balancing remote and on-site work to maximize productivity and collaboration.
