What You'll Do :

• Own the Master Schedule : Develop and manage daily and monthly production schedules across multiple shifts and lines, adapting quickly to changing customer demands.
• Drive Material Flow : Plan and monitor materials from procurement through the production cycle to ensure uninterrupted operations.
• Communicate Like a Pro : Keep production, order management, and sales teams in the loop on all scheduling changes and order impacts.
• Minimize Waste, Maximize Efficiency : Maintain low inventory levels without compromising output or quality.
• Be the Supplier Whisperer : Build strong relationships with vendors, place timely POs, and manage compliance to ensure we always have what we need when we need it.
• Problem Solver Extraordinaire : Identify scheduling or supplier issues, analyze root causes, and implement solutions that stick.
• Keep it Compliant : Monitor contracts, specs, and procurement rules with sharp attention to detail and accuracy.
• Record and Report : Track production progress, review KPIs, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve operations.
