OCC Health experience heavily desired as OCC health will be the primary service offered.

Ages of children 2 + starting in 4 / 2026 once we add primary care, opening 1 / 14 to just employees

Jan. 14 - April 30, 2026

M-F 730-4 pm, lunch 12-12 : 30

Clean PA license

2 years or more of FNP work experience.

DEA

Prescribing authority

DOT certificate required

Occ Med experience required

Malpractice, Lodging provided. Mileage reimbursed.
