Nurse Practitioner, Part-time

For more information, visit www.jobs.premisehealth.com.  As a Part Time Nurse Practitioner , you'll provide care to client employees in our Health Center located in Lebanon, OR .

If you’re looking for part-time work just one day a week, this position is ideal. In this role, you’ll work one day per week between 7 : 30 a.m.–3 : 30 p.m. (day of the week is flexible).

We’re a small clinic with a big impact—providing Primary Care, Acute Visits, and light Occupational Health services .

What You’ll Do

• Conducts physical exams and preventive health measures per guidelines
• Performs procedures such as injections, suturing, wound care, and infection management
• Develops patient care plans, records progress, and ensures continuity of care
• Educates patients on treatment plans, health maintenance, and development
• Orders and interprets diagnostic tests to assess clinical conditions
• Collaborates with physicians and healthcare teams for comprehensive care
• Prescribes or recommends treatments, including medications and therapies
• Refers patients to specialists or physicians as needed
• Maintains patient health records ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation and records
• Educates and coaches nursing staff on best practices
• Performs other duties as assigned
