Ms. Mary Staffing is the first staffing company in the cannabis industry with a mission to help cannabis businesses grow and thrive! Thanks to the continued legalization of both recreational and medical cannabis, we are passionate and ready to help businesses expand their teams! We are currently seeking applicants for a Business Developer for our Staffing Division.
About you :
You are passionate about sales, people and the cannabis industry. You have experience, as well as an understanding of online directories and internet marketing, and you are comfortable in a fluid, dynamic startup environment. As a Business Development sales person in the Staffing space, you will actively call on new prospects, as well as cross sell and upsell to existing accounts. Being energetic, fun, and creative are all part of your day!
What you will do :
- Manage the entire sales process (Sales research, Preparation, and Follow Up)
- Identify and build a pipeline of potential clients / customers, initiate, and manage prospects through the sales pipeline and close opportunities
- Ability to create, maintain and build professional relationships and rapport with clients and business allies
- Seek out and target new customers : initiate action plan to approach and secure new business
- Deepen existing business relationships through client satisfaction and attention to client success
- Generate revenue according to set goals
- Achieve revenue targets according to company goals
- Monitor competition by gathering market intelligence on pricing and products
- Ability to develop and maintain deep relations with current clients as well as new prospects
- Create high-quality materials to support the sales process and present activity and sales recaps to senior management
- Travel within sales territory with ease
What makes you a great fit?
Minimum 6 months to 1 year of sales in the cannabis industry preferred, not required.Experience with selling staffing servicesMinimum 1 - 2 years proven track record in business-to-business salesTechnically proficient with CRM Systems (Salesforce, Cannabis related applications a plus.)Excellent interpersonal skillsComfortable giving presentations to clients and senior managementInnovative and able to think outside of the box to maximize opportunities and exceed expectationsTrack record of being a top performer, with a “proactive, get it done” approachSignificant understanding of the Cannabis industryBachelor's Degree preferred, not requiredWorking Environment :
Maintain flexible hours / scheduleSalary Range : $50K - $55K base plus commisions
