Job descriptionManage daily construction activities and onsite teams. Monitor schedule, quality, and safety compliance. Conduct site walks and coordinate inspections. Maintain project documentation and stakeholder communication. Track budgets, change orders, and cost forecasts. Approve invoices, pay apps, and purchase orders. Coordinate with accounting on reporting and funding draws. Enforce safety policies and OSHA compliance. Ensure workmanship meets specifications and standards. Oversee punch lists, commissioning, and turnover. Deliver final closeout documents and as-builts.

- Lead subcontractor bidding, selection, and contract negotiations.
