Job descriptionStart Date : ASAP Shift : 5x8s Eves, Tues-Sat (1430-2300) Ratios : 1 : 15-25 Years of Experience REQ : 1 year of prior experience working with seniors required First-Timers Accepted : No Weekend REQ : Every Saturday Certs REQ : CPR / FA Is On-Call REQ? : No Will this traveler need to float between like units? : No Open to accommodating block schedule? : No Locals Accepted : Yes; Considered "local" within 50 mile radius, will accept locals at the same rate Pending License Accepted : Yes (license required upon start) RTO Restrictions : Confirm with hiring manager Guaranteed Hours : Facility may call off traveler UP TO 1 shift per pay period (every 2 weeks) Traveler is expected to have reliable transportation and no additional scheduling restrictions. All travel pairs will be required to have their own transportation. QuickMAR experience preferred but not required Responsible for medication administration of LN cart that consists of insulin / glucose monitoring. Works in connection with RN on staff 20 hours / wk and ElderPlace medical team. Must complete end-of-shift report and also fax / call resident concerns to Elderplace medical team daily as needed. Responsible for giving timely medications and accurate documentation in the MAR. Responsible for narcotic counts per shift. Type of Facility : Long Term Care / Assisted Living Attire : Any color of scrubs Charting : Word (manual type)
