• Duties
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Perform a range of dental procedures including general dentistry, oral surgery, dental extractions, and other necessary treatments.
• Utilize four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency during procedures.
• Maintain accurate patient records using Eaglesoft and ensure all documentation complies with legal and ethical standards.
• Apply aseptic techniques to prevent infection and ensure patient safety during all procedures.
• Educate patients on oral health care, preventive measures, and post-treatment care.
• Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to provide seamless patient care.
• Stay updated on advancements in dental technology and best practices in the field.
• Requirements
• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
• Valid state dental license to practice dentistry.
• Proficiency in dental terminology and medical imaging techniques.
• Experience in oral surgery is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages.
• Commitment to providing exceptional patient care while adhering to safety protocols and aseptic techniques.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
