BAYADA Home Health Care has an immediate need for CNAs - Certified Nursing Assistants and PCAs - Personal Care Assistants to care for our clients. We have opened a new office to cover the Richmond area and need compassionate caregivers to join our team. As a member, you will be valued, respected, and heard. We have current job openings in the following locations : Richmond, Chesterfield, Petersburg, Midlothian, Mechanicsville, Glen Allen, Henrico, Short Pump.

BAYADA offers CNAs : Base Pay : $16 - $18 / hour depending on qualifications. Home Care Field Employees are eligible for any of BAYADAs group medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision benefits if you work an average of 30 hours per week over a 3-month measurement period. Home Care Field Employees working less than 30 hours per week are eligible for the Minimum and Enhanced Minimum Coverage Plans. To learn more about BAYADA Benefits, click here. Qualifications for CNA / PCA : Minimum one year work experience, Certificate of at least 75 hours of Certified Nursing Assistant - CNA training, Current CNA license listed in good standing with the board, Current PCA Certificate from approved educational institution.

Job Responsibilities for CNA : Activities of daily living, Light housekeeping, Bathing, Dressing, Grooming, Toileting, Nail care, Range of motion / exercises, Transfers / use of mechanical lifting devices, Oral feeding, Vital sign checks : temperature, pulse, respiration, Home Management Tasks : laundry, meal preparation, bed making etc., Assisting with ambulation, Medication assistance.
