Summary
Educates and supervises temporary staff that will serve on the Voting Equipment Help Desk and at polling locations on voting equipment and supplies used at the polling locations. Instructs temporary staff on the method of logging service calls into automated system during the election cycle. Maintains training materials for instructing users on how to log service calls into the automated system. Assists with building supply kits used at the polling locations. Assists the Technology Resource Coordinator with ballot preparation, testing, and State-mandated recounts. Serves as backup to Inventory Control Analyst for elections telephone system.

Minimum Requirements
NOTE : You must fill out the work history and education sections of application to show you have years of experience / education as required by hiring department or be disqualified.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Two (2) full-time years of clerical experience. Administrative and elections experience is preferred.
Proficiency in spreadsheet, word processing, and similar software.
Organizational skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Able to clearly communicate goals and objectives.
If hired, must provide proof of educational attainment at new hire processing
