Scrum Master

A company is looking for a Scrum Master to facilitate the Scrum process and ensure teams adhere to Agile principles for optimal performance. Key Responsibilities Exhibit Lean-Agile leadership and support the team in adopting SAFe principles and practices Eliminate impediments and facilitate the team's progress toward goals using Program Increment Objectives Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify scope and enhance communication with other delivery teams Required Qualifications and Education Functional and technical expertise in at least one analytics or business intelligence application Significant project management experience and knowledge in advanced analytics and data integration Working knowledge of Cloud Applications (e.g., Azure, Data Bricks) Experience leading agile development teams and facilitating team meetings in an Agile environment Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
