What youll do

As the Strategy and Planning Lead you will drive the strategy structure and delivery of enterprise-wide AI initiatives. This role connects strategy with execution; building clarity across teams shaping decisions and ensuring AI programs move from idea to impact. This is a high-partnership role that connects business technology data AI COEs and GenAI leaders to ensure all efforts move in sync and deliver measurable impact.

Youll operate at the intersection of business technology and governance. Youll design and run the operating system for AI at scale; balancing speed control and transparency. The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity brings a driver mindset and can influence across functions without direct authority. This role demands agility practical problem solving high bias for action and the ability to turn complex ideas into action. This role ensures AI efforts dont sit in silos but operate as a cohesive transparent and outcome-driven enterprise program. It calls for someone who combines strategic thinking with a drivers mindset; someone who can influence broadly move fast and bring structure clarity and accountability to the companys AI journey.

This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the VP of Strategy Release and Operations.

Responsibility

Translate the companys AI vision into a clear roadmap with defined priorities timelines and success metrics

Partner with functional product and data leaders to identify and advance the highest-value use cases

Keep the roadmap adaptive and responsive to changing business priorities and AI developments

Build and maintain the core operating model for AI : intake prioritization review approval and execution tracking

Lead cross-functional coordination with Legal Security Privacy and Procurement to ensure responsible AI adoption

Simplify complex processes reduce friction and create visibility through structured documentation and dashboards

Drive the companys AI literacy and enablement programs ensuring every employee understands how to use AI effectively and safely

Communicate progress and decisions openly through updates forums and scorecards that build trust and shared understanding

Bring clarity and consistency to how AI goals risks and results are communicated across the enterprise

Turn strategy into action through disciplined planning milestone tracking and continuous follow-through

Tackle roadblocks with agility and resourcefulness partnering across teams to solve problems quickly

Manage complex programs where ownership is distributed and influence is built through credibility and collaboration

Shape adoption strategies that focus on real usage and impact not just deployment

Encourage experimentation while maintaining control and compliance

Help leaders and teams adjust to new workflows and AI-integrated ways of working

Job Designation

Hybrid : Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency : Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

What you bring

Basic

12 years in program management business operations or strategy roles within technology or data-focused organizations

Proven ability to deliver complex cross-functional initiatives with limited direct authority

Experience in AI analytics or digital transformation with strong understanding of governance and risk

Experience challenging the status quo connecting dots across functions and thinking beyond traditional org boundaries

Preferred

Hands-on operator with the judgment to know when to plan when to adapt and when to act

Experience in strategy planning and operations work

Strong communication and storytelling skills

Ability to simplify the complex and build alignment fast

Understands financial and business metrics

Pay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge skills and experience.

Based on applicable legislation the below details pay ranges in the following locations :

California : $157500.00 - $254350.00 base salary

This role is also eligible for the following :

• Bonus : Sales personnel are eligible for variable incentive pay dependent on their achievement of pre-established sales goals. Non-Sales roles are eligible for a company bonus plan which is calculated as a percentage of eligible wages and dependent on company performance.
• Stock : This role is eligible to receive Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
