Primary Location : Aspirus Langlade Hospital

Shift Requirements : 12 hour shifts D / N variable

Weekend / Holiday : Every other to every third weekend. Every other Holiday, as applicable.

On Call / Call Back Requirements : Travelers can be placed on call during low census hours in which they will get on call pay.

Floating : must be willing to float to Aspirus Merrill, Wausau, Medford, and Stanley.

Required Certifications : WI RN license, BLS, ACLS. Highly prefer a candidate that is able to read and interpret Tele. Prefer travel experience

Minimum Experience : 2+ years Med Surg.

Charting Experience : Epic preferred

Unit Specific Skillset : Excellent assessment skills.

Unit Overview (Patient ratio, Bed Size, etc.) : 16 beds, nurse patient ratio varies by shift but typically nurse patient ratio typically typically 4-5 on days, 5-6 pm and 6-7 noc. 3 RN days, 3 on pms and 2 on nights

Scrubs : any color

Contract is eligible for 36 hours of low census unbillable hours

Travelers can be put on call for low census hours. The on-call hours that travelers are placed on will count toward the 36 low census unbillable hours. If the traveler is called back to the facility, they will be able to receive call back pay.
