Base Pay : $35.27 per hour

1st Shift : 7 : 00 AM 3 : 00 PM

2nd Shift : 3 : 00 PM 11 : 00 PM (+$0.60 / hr shift premium)

3rd Shift : 11 : 00 PM 7 : 00 AM (+$0.75 / hr shift premium)

Relocation assistance is available for this role.

Responsibilities

Plan setup and operation of all types of machine shop tools, considering material types, tolerances, cutting tools, coolants, lubricants, machine tool feeds, and speeds

Perform weld repair and heat treatment of various materials, including tool steels

Determine inspection specifications using precision measuring and gauging tools; perform inspections before, during, and after machining

Perform hand operations involved in producing jigs, fixtures, tools, and dies

Fit and assemble jigs, fixtures, tools, and dies

Set up, test, and troubleshoot dies to ensure products meet specifications

Trace die difficulties to their source and correct issues

Tear down, repair, and reassemble tooling on the bench or in the press as needed

Required Experience & Qualifications

Journeyman Card OR 8 years of verifiable experience in the field

Strong problem-solving skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Metal stamping and manufacturing experience preferred
