Application Support Specialist / Tools Admin (Anzo, Blackduck, Coverity, FOSS)Remote1 Year Description : We currently have a contract opening for a Tools Admin / Application Support Specialist.Administer and support tools such as Anzo, Blackduck, Coverity, FOSS, or GitHub, ensuring their optimal performance and availability.Monitor and maintain the health of the tools, performing regular updates, patches, and configurations as needed.Provide technical support to users, troubleshooting and resolving issues related to the tools.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate the tools with other systems and processes within the organization.Develop and maintain documentation, including user guides, best practices, and standard operating procedures for the tools. QualificationsProven experience in administering and supporting at least one of the following tools : Anzo, Blackduck, Coverity, FOSS, or GitHub.Familiarity with additional tools such as Kobai, Artifactory, Confluence, and JIRA is a plus.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
