Krucial Rapid Response is a non-profit corporation that is rapidly preparing, mobilizing, and deploying medical personnel and critical resources to communities across the United States. Our primary purpose is to provide critical support in the form of personnel and other assistance to under-resourced communities facing emergency situations.

• YOU MUST HAVE PRIOR HEALTHCARE RECRUITING EXPERIENCE TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION. (CNA, LPN, RN, EMT positions for example)

• THE SALARY RANGE POSTED IS FOR ANNUAL BASE PAY. THIS POSITION IS ELIGIBLE FOR AN INCENTIVE PLAN IN ADDITION TO THE BASE SALARY.

Job Summary :

The Healthcare Recruiter is responsible for the sourcing and pre-qualifying of clinical and non-clinical reservists and placing them in positions given by clients of Krucial Rapid Response which match their desired career goals, skillset, and destination. The recruiter role can work to fill all position types for the organization (Contract, Direct Hire, Per Diem) as needed.
