Full-Time Licensed Practical Nurse

Are you a passionate Licensed Practical Nurse looking to make a difference? We are excited to welcome a full-time LPN to our community care team! This position offers a stable 40-hour work week, Monday through Friday, from 7 : 30 AM to 4 : 00 PM .

Exciting News! This position is eligible for a recruitment and retention bonus of up to $3,500!

Your Responsibilities Will Include :

• Administering and documenting vaccines.
• Recording verbal conversations with patients when appropriate.
• Accurately documenting patient information in a timely manner.
• Ensuring a smooth and timely flow of patients.
• Preparing patients for their visits based on provider requirements.
• Obtaining specimens such as urine and blood as directed by the provider.
• Entering orders into the lab system accurately and promptly.
• Performing clinical office procedures as instructed (e.g., PFT, EKG, nebulizer treatments, medication administration, and immunizations).
• Processing patient prescriptions efficiently.
• Discussing test results with patients according to the provider's instructions.
