Job Description & Requirements Specialty : Post Partum Discipline : RN Start Date : 11 / 11 / 2025 Duration : 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift : 12 hours, days, nights Employment Type : Local Contract Postpartum Registered Nurse (RN) Overview : We're seeking a compassionate and experienced Postpartum RN to provide exceptional care to mothers and newborns following delivery. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong assessment skills, a nurturing bedside manner, and a commitment to family-centered care. Responsibilities : Provide physical and emotional support to postpartum patients and newborns Monitor vital signs and recovery progress following childbirth Educate patients and families on newborn care, breastfeeding, and postpartum recovery Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team to ensure safe, quality care Maintain accurate, timely documentation and uphold all safety protocols Requirements : Active RN license in good standing Minimum 2 years of recent Postpartum experience Current BLS and NRP certifications Strong patient education and communication skills Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401K offered.
