Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to achieve excellent patient outcomes.
The ideal candidate will have at least one year of direct experience in a hospital setting, with a strong focus on providing safe and effective care to patients with various needs and conditions.
You will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing individualized care plans, and implementing evidence-based practices to promote positive health outcomes.
In addition, you will work closely with our interprofessional team to ensure seamless transitions of care, facilitate communication, and support the development of professional growth and development among colleagues.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must possess :
A valid RN license in the state of New Mexico or a reciprocal agreement state
CPR certification for Healthcare Providers within 30 days of hire
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
