Compensation :
85,000 - $120,000 yearly
Responsibilities :
Proactively engage with potential sellers via outbound calls, texts, and emailsBuild and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads using our CRMNegotiate offers and contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomesClose deals by converting warm and cold leads into successful transactionsMaintain relationships with distressed property owners, offering tailored solutionsMeet or exceed monthly sales targetsCollaborate with marketing and acquisitions teams to optimize strategiesStay informed on real estate trends, market conditions, and regulations to add value to clientsQualifications :
Skills & Experience :
Proven success in high-level sales environments (e.g., high-ticket coaching, car sales, roofing, solar sales)Strong track record of exceeding sales quotas and hitting large commission targetsExpert negotiation and objection-handling skillsSelf-motivated with a hunger to succeed and earn large commissionsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExperience working with CRM systems and sales softwareAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environmentReal estate experience is a plus, but not required (training provided)Proficiency in Spanish is a bonusAbout Company
