A leading construction materials and contracting company is seeking an Asphalt Paving Superintendent to oversee paving operations and field crews across multiple projects in Texas. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with strong technical expertise who can ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities :

• Supervise multiple paving crews, foremen, and subcontractors across active projects.
• Manage schedules, costs, and equipment needs to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
• Coordinate trucking, logistics, and material requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agencies, and internal teams.
• Review daily cost reports, approve timecards, and monitor performance.
• Mentor, train, and develop field personnel to maintain a high-performance culture.
• Oversee quality control and ensure strict compliance with safety standards.
