Mental Health Coordinator

The Center offers a variety of services that includes health screenings and education, personal protective equipment (PPE), mental health, social navigation services, and other forms of support at a location easily accessible to residents of Benton Harbor and Benton Heights.

Work in partnership with leadership and various operational teams and organizational departments to oversee small to medium functional projects or phases(s) of a larger project. Responsible for all aspects of the project or a phase of a larger project. Acts as a change agent to create and support a positive change process.

For mental health coordination, the role will be required to project manage, implement, and contribute to strategy on both mental health direct service delivery (e.g. individual counseling, group therapy, etc.) and primary prevention / promotion of mental wellness at a community level. Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders while maintaining alignment with strategic objectives will be essential functions of this role.

Qualifications

Required :

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
• 2 years of relevant experience of applicable business function experience or other related experience
• 2 years of relevant experience of related experience, preferably in project management
