Patient Care Technician - Float

DaVita is looking for a Float Patient Care Tech to serve our patients at our Wyoming Dialysis Center and surrounding areas.

Some details about this position :

• PCTs usually work 10-12 hour shifts / 3-4 days a week (including every other Saturday, closed on Sundays!). Our clinics open as early as 3 : 30am and close as late as 8pm. Teammates are required to have availability to open and close.
• Teammates in this role will float between all clinics in the region including but not limited to Maple Grove, Blaine, Coon Rapids, Arden Hills, Roseville, St Paul, Stillwater, and Wyoming, MN as well as Hudson and Amery, WI. Float compensation is provided.
• Hours of work may vary; however, you will typically be working between 32-40 hours per week.
• You must have a flexible schedule and be able to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• DaVita offers all new dialysis teammates a robust, paid training program to help you learn the right dialysis skills. The training is a mix of classroom and hands on training.
• Reimbursement for your Certified Hemodialysis Technician (CHT) license.

• Training may take place in a facility or a training clinic with a class of new teammates other than your assigned home clinic.

Salary / Wage Range $18.50 - $28.50 / hour If a candidate is hired, they will be paid at least the minimum wage according to their geographical jurisdiction and the exemption status for the position. New York Exempt : New York City and Long Island : $64,350.00 / year Nassau, Suffolk, and Westchester counties : $64,350.00 / year Remainder of New York state : $60,405.80 / year New York Non-exempt : New York City and Long Island : $16.50 / hour Nassau, Suffolk, and Westchester counties : $16.50 / hour Remainder of New York state : $15.50 / hour
