Will be working in inpatient units. Must have 5 years experience with at least the last 2 years in the hospital setting.

Must hold GA License

Need UR and Care Transitions experience

MUST HAVE AT LEAST 2 YEARS HOSPITAL EXPERIENCE AND MUST BE LISTED ON THE RESUME

Need candidates that have complex discharge planning in a hospital setting.

Can work in any inpatient unit - med / surg, ICU, L&D, NICU, Mother / Baby, etc.
