About The Position

We are a not-for-profit healthcare organization dedicated to providing comprehensive care across Central and Eastern Oregon. With a strong network of providers, we prioritize delivering quality care in a community-focused environment.

We are currently seeking a Non-Invasive Cardiologist to join our growing team!

Practice Setting :

The health system operates four adult acute-care hospitals, including a 292-bed Level II Trauma Center

Join a team of 7 general cardiologists in an integrated care model, serving a rapidly growing community

A heart & lung center with over 60 providers

Outpatient clinic, inpatient rounding, and imaging (Echo & TEE required, Nuclear optional)

Schedule :

4-day workweek with flexible scheduling

1 : 7 weeknight call rotation, with hospitalists managing admissions

Compensation and Benefits :

Competitive base salary with performance-based incentives, along with a sign-on bonus and relocation assistance

Comprehensive benefits package, including paid malpractice with tail coverage, health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance

Retirement plan with a 6% employer match and a CME allowance

PTO, 1 week CME, with additional increases after 3 and 10 years
