We're currently seeking an experienced and driven Finance Manager to join our Land Rover team and contribute to our continued success.Job OverviewAs the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all finance and insurance (F&I) operations within our Land Rover division. You will work closely with the sales team to provide customers with financing and warranty options tailored to their needs while ensuring compliance with all regulatory and lender guidelines.Key ResponsibilitiesPresent finance and insurance programs to customers in a transparent and professional manner.Secure financing through a variety of lenders to meet customer needs.Maintain strong relationships with financial institutions and manufacturers.Process and finalize all vehicle paperwork accurately and timely.Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws (e.g., Truth in Lending, Privacy, Fair Credit Reporting).Work collaboratively with the sales team to drive profitability.Offer aftermarket products such as extended warranties, protection packages, etc.Monitor and manage department performance metrics, including PVR, penetration rates, and product sales.QualificationsProven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role in an automotive dealership (luxury brand experience preferred).Strong understanding of automotive financing, contracts, and compliance

communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.High ethical standards and attention to detail.Familiarity with dealership software (e.g., CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, RouteOne, Dealertrack). We used Reynolds and Reynolds Docupad.Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.Preferred QualificationsExperience working with luxury automotive brands, preferably Land Rover.Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.Multilingual skills are a plus.What We OfferCompetitive base salary plus performance-based commission.Health, dental, and vision insurance.401(k) with company
