About The Position

Job Overview

Specialty : General Surgery APP

Location : New Mexico

Start Date : ASAP, ongoing Thurs & Fri, 8a-5p

Setting : Outpatient

Patient Volume : 16-18 / day

Job Details : Locum will be responsible for patients in the clinic, pre-ops, post-ops, consults, new patients, and follow-up patients.  The APP will not be in the OR.  They would be in the clinic five days a week. Normally, they don't perform any procedures.  They will perform suture and staple removals for postoperative patients.

Required : Must have 1-2 years of surgery experience. Must have a NM license

Delta Locum Tenens can assist with travel arrangements and credentialing and will cover malpractice.
