Key Responsibilities

Own the product pipeline by developing new supplements and functional foods with commercial potential and global compliance

Lead formulation strategy by collaborating with labs, scientists, and manufacturers to create innovative products

Oversee testing, QA, and regulatory reviews to ensure formulations meet high standards across key markets

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Experience in developing top-selling products in the supplement or functional food industry

Deep knowledge of formulation science and ingredient synergy

Understanding of global compliance frameworks such as FDA and TGA

Fluency in product-market fit with a commercial mindset

Strong curiosity and attention to detail in product development
