Job description
A company is looking for a PIP Litigation Adjuster to manage insurance claims in the litigation process.
Key Responsibilities
Review PIP lawsuits and determine the appropriate course of action
Collaborate with legal teams and negotiate settlements with claimants
Conduct thorough investigations and maintain detailed records of claims and litigation activities
Required Qualifications
Associate or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
620 or 520 license required
Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a claims or litigation adjuster
Proficient in Word, Excel, and other Windows-based applications
Technical knowledge of automobile insurance coverage and related regulations
