Job description

A company is looking for a Registered Nurse - Clinical Director (remote).

Key Responsibilities

Oversee hiring and training of Registered Nurse Assessors

Conduct retrospective quality reviews of completed nursing assessments

Develop and implement performance improvement plans and monitor efficacy

Required Qualifications

Professional licensure as a Registered Nurse in Massachusetts

Residency in Massachusetts

Significant experience conducting functional assessments of adults living with disabilities

Deep knowledge of interrater reliability and quality assurance methodologies

Experience in nursing leadership or consulting role
