Must-Have Skills / Experience :

At least 1 year of experience in a critical care setting.

Description :

The facility has 111 beds and offers a range of services including emergency care, family medicine, orthopedics, obstetrics, internal medicine, pediatrics, and urgent care.

It is a teaching hospital and the largest in the area, surrounded by beautiful recreational landscapes.

The community features parks, golf courses, and is known as the heart of Washington Wine Country.

It is conveniently located with direct flights to several major U.S. hubs.

The unit comprises 14 beds, with a typical patient ratio of 1 : 2.

The role involves caring for patients with sepsis, respiratory issues, and some cardiac and trauma cases.

Candidates should have a team-oriented mindset and a commitment to best practices.

Preferred experience includes working in a medical ICU and TNCC.
