Responsibilities
Respond to and investigate security incidentsCoordinate with the security team to analyze, contain, and remediate security breaches or vulnerabilitiesProvide technical support to users of security toolsMonitor the health and performance of security tools, perform regular maintenance tasks, and ensure that the tools are up-to-date with the latest security patches and configurationsDevelop user guides, training materials, and documentation to educate users on security tools' functionalities and security best practicesCollaborate with cross-functional teamsIdentify opportunities for improving security tool workflows, enhancing incident response processes, and optimizing user experience with security toolsRequirements
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Application Support or a related fieldSolid understanding of CI / CD practices for efficient software development and deploymentProficiency in Docker, Git, and JenkinsFamiliarity with TerraformExperience with security incident response, including analyzing and remediating threats and vulnerabilitiesSkills in providing technical support to security users, including onboarding new users and troubleshooting issuesKnowledge of security monitoring and maintenance processes for security tools, including upgrades and patchingCompetency in optimizing security tools workflows, improving incident response processes, and enhancing user experienceKnowledge of information security, ability to work with various monitoring and protection tools, experience with incident management systems, and programming skills to automate tasksNice to have
Experience with Google Cloud Platform, GitHub Actions, and KubernetesProficiency in Linux for system administration and maintenanceWe offer
