Provide outpatient physical therapy services to patients with orthopedic conditions in a clinic setting, ensuring evidence-based treatment plans are followed Assess patients' physical conditions, develop individualized treatment programs, and monitor progress to achieve optimal recovery outcomes Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, treatment protocols, and home exercise programs Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient evaluations, treatments, and progress notes in the EMR system Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless service delivery across clinic locations

Job Requirements
- Education Requirements : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
- Certifications Requirements : Valid Washington State Physical Therapist license; CPR certification; BLS certification
- Experience Requirements : Minimum of 1 year of outpatient physical therapy experience; prior outpatient ortho experience preferred; experience working in clinic settings
- Other Requirements : Ability to work up to 40 hours per week; excellent communication and patient interaction skills; ability to double-book follow-up visits; reliable transportation; must pass background check
