Job Requirements

Education Requirements : Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or related field
Certifications Requirements : PT License, CPR Certification, Basic Life Support (BLS)
Experience Requirements : Minimum of 1 year of outpatient physical therapy experience
Other Requirements : Ability to work independently, strong communication skills, and ability to handle a fast-paced outpatient environment

Job Responsibilities

Provide outpatient physical therapy assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with general outpatient orthopedic conditions.

Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to promote patient recovery and improve functional outcomes.

Document patient progress, treatment plans, and clinical notes accurately within the EMR system.

Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure coordinated patient care and optimize treatment results.

Supervise and educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises and injury prevention strategies.
