Salary Range :  $78,894 - $140,000

Relocation :  Case by Case

Incentive Bonus of Up To 17.5%

Job Summary and Qualifications

​​The Director ensures high quality, patient-centered care through oversight of the overall function and staffing of the unit(s) / department(s) in addition to forecasting, planning, and budget monitoring. The Director fosters a culture of accountability and collaboration and supports the development and implementation of strategies, policies, and procedures in support of facility objectives.​​​

What qualifications you will need :

Will accept very recent ED Manager experience

Needs to have accomplishments / metrics listed on resume

65 Bed Community Hospital

15 Bed ER

Volume : 26K A Year

Not a trauma center but it does see high acuity

FTEs : 50

CNCs (no managers) – CNCs are high performing

They currently have a request for an ER expansion

Reason for opening : former Director had to relocate to FL for family matters. He took another role with HCA.

Will accept very recent ED Manager experience
