Your Impact :

As a Tech Lead at Torch, you'll drive the evolution of a fast-growing commerce platform that powers millions of dollars in transactions and supports thousands of dental practices nationwide. You'll lead end-to-end product initiatives, owning technical strategy, execution, and measurable business outcomes. You'll architect systems that fuel our marketplace, streamline operations, and unlock intelligent automation-while guiding a team toward high-impact delivery.

You will :

• Drive features and improvements from ideation to delivery, collaborating with Product, Design, and Ops to define scope and success metrics - with ownership across both frontend experience and backend systems
• Own full-stack experiences that feel fast and intuitive to users, aligning backend architecture and frontend execution to deliver measurable impact
• Develop and optimize data pipelines that synchronize product, pricing, and order data across systemsIdentify opportunities through metrics-instrumenting key product / technical KPIs, analyzing trends, and turning insights into roadmap inputs
• Integrate intelligent automation and LLM-based tooling to improve operational efficiency and user experience (e.g. invoice parsing, catalog maintenance, product insights)
• Contribute to frontend development as needed to ensure cohesive end-to-end delivery
• Partner with engineering leadership to define architecture standards, shape technical direction, and mentor engineers on best practices

$160,000 - $200,000 a year
