Zoom is seeking a Head of Total Rewards to lead its compensation and benefits teams. The role is responsible for managing the design and implementation of innovative, best-in-class rewards strategies to attract and retain top talent. You will report to the Chief People Officer and be a key member of the People & Culture leadership team, collaborating to develop a talent strategy that helps drive the company's success. As a functional expert in global total rewards strategies, you will be responsible for broad-based and executive compensation, shortand long-term incentives, salary and hourly reviews, health, welfare, savings, and pension plans. You will work closely with internal functions (Finance, Sales Ops, IT, etc.) and external partners / vendors to deliver consistent, scalable, and effective creative and market-sensitive Total Rewards strategies. This role will also involve presenting materials to the board's compensation committee. An ideal candidate will be hands-on and enjoy getting into the details to ensure our programs have a clearly aligned and articulated philosophy, end-to-end process design, and flawless execution. They will use a proactive and strategic approach to ensure that rewards are competitive, drive results, align with company culture, and are understood and valued by employees.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a competitive and comprehensive Global Total Rewards strategy designed to attract and retain world-class talent in a competitive environment and ever-changing economic landscape.
• Design and implement global compensation and benefits strategies and programs that align with enterprise goals and priorities.
• Leverage knowledge of market conditions and competitive talent landscape to design tailored strategies for compensation for key talent segments.
• Partner closely with Talent partners in the development of key frameworks, including promotion guidelines, career ladders, leveling criteria / frameworks.
• Lead the development of overall compensation strategy, including global programs and long-term incentive design.
• Effectively manage compensation programs in a geographically dispersed and partially remote workforce.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations both in the U.S. and internationally, collaborating with internal groups.
• Partner with outside experts, including consultants, carriers, third-party administrators, and outside counsel, for matters such as benchmarking, plan design, coverage, renewals, and communications.
• Develop comprehensive and integrated communication strategies that drive awareness, adoption, and understanding of our programs.
• Serve as functional business owner for Total Rewards, guiding all prioritization decisions related to our systems and technology implementations and enhancements.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to ensure that the materials / collateral used for recruiting are competitive and drive our employee value proposition.
• Oversee the preparation of the annual benefits budget and periodic forecasts.
• Drive thought leadership to address current and emerging compensation and benefits trends and issues. Bring the outside-in view, guiding our decision-making process.
• Lead the Total Rewards team, ensuring the ongoing development of direct reports. Provide constructive and timely performance feedback.
• Serve as an integral member of the People Experience leadership team to advise on programs impacting the organization as a whole and collaborate with HR business partners to understand and address the unique needs of various client groups; collaborate with colleagues in other key departments, including Finance, Legal, Payroll, Accounting, Tax, Equity Administration, and Corporate Communications.
• Serve as an internal functional expert to our Compensation Committee, owning and driving our agenda relevant to key focus areas.
• Ensure we have efficient and effective support for employee queries, requests and case management to ensure the best service is provided in a timely manner.
• Deliver the latest technology-enabled solutions that enable self-service and leverage Zoom's products and solutions for employee-facing use cases.

Salary Range or On Target Earnings : Minimum : $300,000.00 Maximum : $340,000.00 In addition to the base salary and / or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value. Note : Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience. We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations.
