Controls Engineer

Calling all Controls Engineers — the machines want your attention, and multiple companies are hiring. These roles range from project-focused to heavy troubleshooting to full-on plant hero.

Depending on the role, you may :

Program PLCs, HMIs, and robots that sometimes have “personalities”

Troubleshoot electrical / automation issues while everyone stares at you

Help roll out new equipment and upgrades (fun!)

Reduce downtime (very fun!)

Write documentation (…less fun, but important)

You enjoy being the person people call when things go wrong

You know Allen-Bradley like it’s a second language
