Schedule : Monday Friday 8 : 00 AM 5 : 00 PM Rotating On-Call After Hours

Department : Production Mitigation

SERVPRO Team Doyle is looking for a dependable motivated Water Mitigation Crew Chief to join our Allentown team. This position is perfect for someone with 13 years of water mitigation or restoration experience whos ready to take the next step toward becoming a Production Manager in the future.

What Youll Do

• Lead a small crew in water fire and mold mitigation projects from start to finish.
• Set up monitor and document drying systems and dehumidification equipment.
• Communicate effectively with customers teammates and supervisors to ensure excellent service and job quality.
• Complete required paperwork and documentation using SERVPRO systems and apps.
• Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours and weekend emergency response.
• Assist the Production Manager and learn key responsibilities to prepare for future leadership roles.

What Were Looking For

• 13 years of experience in water mitigation restoration or related field (construction cleaning property repair etc.).
• Strong work ethic and a desire to grow within the SERVPRO organization.
• Team player who takes pride in their work and provides great customer service.
• Ability to work flexible hours during on-call weeks.
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
• IICRC WRT certification a plus (but not required).
