Description : Job Summary :

We are a dynamic and patient-centered oral surgery and ENT combined practice with clinics

across the greater Los Angeles area. Our team is committed to providing exceptional care and

ensuring a comfortable experience for every patient. We specialize in a range of surgical

procedures and are seeking a skilled and compassionate RDA to join our growing team.

Job Duties and Responsibilities :

• Oral Surgeon Assistance : Assist the oral surgeon during surgical and sedation procedures.
• Patient Care and Communication : Start IVs and support patients during recovery, providing clear post-operative instructions to patients and families.
• Prepare and Maintain Equipment : Prepare and maintain surgical instruments, supplies, and equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
• Record Keeping and Documentation : Accurately enter patient information, treatment details, and progress notes into the practice management system. Ensure patient files are well-organized and up to date to ensure accurate patient records are maintained.
• Sterilization and Infection Control : Adhere to strict sterilization procedures and infection control protocols to maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic environment.
• Other Duties : Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
