Realize

Registered

Nurse

Supervise

care

and

lead

patient

assessments,

tailor

care

Qualifications

Valid

RN

licensures

as

required

by

state

regulations.

CPR

certification

(ACLS

preferred).

CRRN

certification

preferred.

One

year

of

experience

in

rehabilitation

hospital

setting

is

preferred.
