Responsibilities :

• Responsible for key operational controllership processes related to participations and residuals.
• Work closely with TV Networks operational finance and legal.
• Review monthly journal entries and account reconciliations.
• Oversee that all transactions are recorded, documented, reviewed and supported.
• Key member of the TV Networks controllership team.
• Assess control environment through review of control activities.
• Participate in monthly / quarterly closing processes.
• Ensure that operational and design effectiveness of internal controls over financial reporting is maintained.
• Involved in both external and internal audits.
• Ensure the accurate and timely preparation and delivery of all regular and ad hoc management reports.
• Mentor and develop staff.
• Collaborate with controllership team and IT on reporting system enhancements.
