We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Practice Manager to lead our high-performing Gastroenterology office. This role is based in our Biddeford office. With anticipated future growth and expansion this leader will also support a 2nd office location located in Southern Maine. This role is normally scheduled Monday - Friday (8 : 00 - 4 : 30).

Summary :

The Manager - Practice Operations role is responsible for supervising both clinical and administrative staff and coordinating the daily operations to ensure a smooth workflow and optimum productivity while maintaining patient, staff and physician satisfaction.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

• Education : Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• License / Certifications : N / A
• Experience : Two or more years' management / supervisory experience preferred. Hospital / outpatient clinic management preferred. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of surgical systems and / or have experience in procedural type clinic or practice.
• Additional Skills / Requirements Preferred : Knowledge of financials including AP and AR
