The primary responsibility of the Professional Services Operations Analyst is to support the PS management teams for a group of regions and manage the day-to-day operations and financials for those regions. This role will provide oversight for the end-to-end processes, manage the project lifecycles in the PSA, drive the revenue forecast process, develop reports and analytics to monitor and optimize the business, manage the close process, coordinate closely with the revenue team on revenue recognition issues and month-end close, and drive systems and process improvements.

As a Professional Services Operations Analyst at Snowflake, You Will :

  • Assist with project setup in the PSA system and project closeout. Ensure the accuracy of various project-related data elements, including those that affect revenue recognition and invoicing.
  • Oversee time and expense entry and approvals process to ensure accuracy and timeliness. Highlight anomalies and coordinate adjustments as necessary.
  • Work closely with the PS Operations managers on project and backlog hygiene, and preparation for month end.
  • Run weekly reports to help ensure data entry accuracy.
  • New hire set up in PSA system and associated tickets for additional system access.
  • Coordinate deal review scheduling ensuring prerequisites are met before getting on the agenda.

Our Ideal PS Operations Analyst Will Have :

  • 2+ years of professional services operations or related experience, ideally in enterprise software company.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Experience working with PSA system. FinancialForce / Certinia experience is a plus.
  • Assertive conflict-resolution and problem-solving skills.
  • Clear and concise communication in both written and verbal form.
  • Highly detail oriented and able to work autonomously.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and tight deadlines with confidence and ease.
  • Ability to prioritize and organize workload across multiple groups.
