We’re looking for a talented baker to join the opening team at Two Cookies - a new cookie brand built around high-quality ingredients, refined techniques, and a unique take on nostalgic favorites. This isn’t mass-produced or “cheap cookie shop” baking, we’re developing a line of cookies that stand apart for their flavor, balance, and craftsmanship.
Role Responsibilities :
- Prepare and bake cookies daily / weekly to consistent standards (including our signature dark chocolate chip, brown butter base, and rotating seasonal specials).
- Manage dough preparation, scaling, and portioning with precision.
- Maintain a clean, organized kitchen and follow food safety protocols.
- Assist with inventory management, and prep as needed.
- Contribute ideas for new flavors or refinements — creativity is welcome.
Qualifications :
Previous professional baking or pastry experience preferred (restaurant, bakery, or café).Strong knowledge of classic techniques (butter handling, chocolate tempering basics, dough mixing).Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to execute recipes with precision.Comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen environment with a small team.Passion for quality and pride in your craft.Why Join Us?
