JOB SUMMARY :
Encino-based MSP is seeking someone very well rounded, possesses good phone and computer skills, detailed oriented, multitasker to work in a fast-paced office environment.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES :
Provide first-level technical support at the Corporate Office and client locations in the LA County
Hardware and software support on desktop computers & laptops, software applications, printers & scanners, uninterruptable power supplies, IP phones, mobile phones, and related technology.
Installation and testing of computer systems and peripherals.
Periodically assist in the maintenance, assessment and testing of servers, and associated network equipment.
Occasional weekend duties required.
Maintain detailed documentation of service calls
Perform all other duties as assigned during downtime such as data entry, filing, etc.
REQUIREMENTS :
Must be at least 21 years of age to apply for this position.
Must have a driver's license / reliable transportation
Knowledge / Experience in Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace and general computer skills
Multitasker Team player and morning person
Dependable and organized, pays attention to details
1-2 years of technical support experience
OFFICE HOURS :
Monday through Friday : 8 : 00 a.m. to 5 : 00 p.m.
